19. Notice to California Residents (CCPA/CPRA)

Sale/Sharing: We do not sell/share Personal Information as defined under California law. If we sell/share, you may opt out by using the “Do Not Sell” link in the footer or by enabling GPC (if honored).
Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.
Retention: See Section 14.
Shine the Light: California Civil Code §1798.83 permits users to request information about our sharing of certain categories of personal data with third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

20. Notice to Nevada Residents

Nevada residents may submit a verified request directing us not to sell certain Personal Information we collect or maintain about them to data brokers or other third parties for resale. To submit, email: [email protected]

The Site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us Personal Information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete such information.

22. Non-U.S. Visitors (GDPR/UK GDPR)

If you are located in the EEA/UK, we process Personal Data as a controller under lawful bases such as consent, contract performance, legal obligation, and legitimate interests (e.g., security, analytics, and improving our services).

Transfers: We may transfer Personal Data outside the EEA/UK using appropriate safeguards (e.g., Standard Contractual Clauses).
Your Rights: access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority.

23. Changes to this Privacy Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The “Effective Date” above indicates when this Policy was last revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted signifies acceptance of the revised Policy.
